For Tony, hospitality is a personal promise which is why he proudly operates with a strict philosophy of "zero unsatisfied customers." Olive Cafe's story is rooted in Chef Tony Mashaal’s lifelong love for authentic Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine.
